Speck Travel’s Return Policy Applies To specktravel.com Purchasers Only

Order the wrong thing? Doesn’t work for you? Want to return it? No Problem!

If you purchased a product directly from Speck Travel through our website, www.specktravel.com, and you’re dissatisfied for any reason, send it back within one-hundred (100) days of purchase for your refund. Any expedited shipping fees incurred on your original order will not be refunded.

U.S. customers: Use the prepaid label included with your order to return your product. Put the label on your return package, include your packing slip, and drop it off at the carrier’s location. Once we have received your product, your original payment method will be refunded within 3-5 business days.

Speck Travel is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to Speck Travel. We recommend that you ship your returned products to Speck Travel via a trackable shipment method.

Promptly following Speck Travel’s receipt of your returned product (typically within 7-10 business days), Speck Travel will credit the amount paid for the returned product (less any shipping costs/expenses related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable) to the payment method you used to make the original purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Speck Travel does not control when a specific company processes a chargeback transaction. You are responsible for contacting your financial institution if you have questions about the status of the refund. Speck Travel will not provide a refund for a product that is received by Speck more than one-hundred (100) days after the date of original purchase. Speck Travel also does not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.

This product refund policy applies to the direct end user purchaser. It does not apply to dealers, distributors or any other third parties in a distribution chain who purchase product for resale, nor does it cover products purchased through online auction websites or channels other than Speck Travel’s website.

Modifying your order after it has been placed
